Lotus chicken soup
This dish is chefa��s specialty. Many visitors came for this. A full dried lotus is put into the soup, the heat then opens up the petals. The soup is simmered with lotus seeds, lotus roots, lilies, ginkgos, Chinese yam, mushrooms and chicken. The taste is refined and delicate
