1988年创店至今的「联一台塑牛排」,于 2年前由民生社区旧址迁移至南京东路的新店面,更加宽敞的大空间,以典雅的棕色及水晶琉璃珠灯,营造舒适精緻的用餐氛围。坐在落地窗旁的座位,白天可欣赏南京东路上的车水马龙,夜晚则有美丽的灯影与夜景,听着音乐慢慢享用经典台塑牛排,再啜饮一口红酒,城市的喧嚣早被隔在玻璃窗外。

4款独家佐料

品牌创办人杨国初先生,早期任职于台塑集团,担任王永庆董事长私人招待所的总管,从经营到管理全由他一手包办,这带骨的牛小排则是当时最热门的私房菜,且为一道改良为台湾人口味的西式料理。他选用牛前胸肉的第六、七、八节,以独家私房秘方醃泡入味,再烤至12分熟的另类烹调法,让这块牛排达到美味的极致,并搭配自创的生大蒜、剥皮辣椒、原味肉汁或芥末等4种佐料吃法,让每位慕名来此的饕客,都能感受最道地的台湾口味。没吃过充满台湾味的西式牛排吗?来一台塑牛排创始店尝尝,要不爱上它,很难!

台塑牛排∕带骨或无骨 10盎司( 1200元 +10%):单点:联一开胃剥皮辣椒 120元烤至熟透的招牌台塑牛排,有独家 4种吃法,可搭配主厨特调的牛肉原汁、生蒜、芥末或来自花莲的剥皮辣椒,巧妙各有不同。牛肉原汁让牛排更加浓郁且肉汁丰沛;大蒜则有提味效果;辣椒开胃,而芥末则平衡了油脂,让入口后的口感更加清爽不腻口。肉质纹理滷得透亮分明的牛排,带筋并有着丰富的油脂,极具嚼劲且口感层次迷人,让人一尝难忘,难怪许多人冲着这一味专程而来。

焯烤蒜香龙虾(全客 1880元 +10%;半客 1300元 +10%):分为蒜香及乳酪两种口味的龙虾,可随客人喜好料理。舖上满满乳酪再焯烤的龙虾,充满浓郁的奶香气息,而蒜香则让虾肉保留其原味的甜美,仅做提味与点缀,做法虽不相同,却都相当好吃。

炙烤脆劲猪肋排( 1200元 +10%):精选一隻猪只能做两客猪肋排的独特部位,肉质细緻不柴不涩,炙烤后口感销魂、香气十足,老闆拍胸脯保证,联一的猪肋排好吃到从来没有人嫌过,若是不吃牛肉的人,一定要点这道菜来试试。

Localize western cuisine

Since the opening in 1988, Lienyi Formosa Plastics Steak moved from Minsheng Community to Nanjing E. Road. The new restaurant is larger and has an elegant dining environment by its brown dA�cor and colorful chandelier. Sitting next to a French casement window, you will appreciate the continuous traffic of Nanjing E. Road at daytime. At nighttime, beautiful night views and lamplight await you. The hustle and bustle of the city has been isolated by the window while you savor the classic steak with a glass of red wine and relaxing music.

Four special sauces

Yang Kuo-chu, the founder of the brand, first worked in the Formosa Plastics Group as a manager for President Wang Yung-chinga��s private guest house. In fact, he took the job from operations to management all by himself. Short rib was the most popular dish at the time and a western dish specifically modified for Taiwanesea�� taste. The sixth to the eighth sections of beef brisket were chosen and marinated with secret sauces. The steak has the best taste when cooked beyond well-done with a special method. With four sauces ranging from garlic, peeled chilis, gravy, and mustard, every visitor can savor the most genuine Taiwanese cuisine. Have you tried a Taiwanese style steak? Formosa Plastics Steak / with bones or boneless 10 ozs:

There are four sauces to enjoy the steak with, including special gravy sauce, garlic, mustard, and peeled chili from Hualien. Different sauces make steak taste differently. The gravy makes the steak juicier and the flavor stronger. The garlic enhances the flavor, chili for appetizing, and mustard makes it not as greasy. The thoroughly marinated beef is chewy and layered in flavors with tendons and just the right proportion of fat. It is an unforgettable taste once you give it a try. No wonder many people come to the place exclusively for the steak.

Baked garlic lobster:
