Since the opening in 1988, Lienyi Formosa Plastics Steak moved from Minsheng Community to Nanjing E. Road. The new restaurant is larger and has an elegant dining environment by its brown dA�cor and colorful chandelier. Yang Kuo-chu, the founder of the brand, first worked in the Formosa Plastics Group as a manager for President Wang Yung-chinga��s private guest house.
