Stepping into this restaurant, you will smell the aroma of seafood cuisine in the air. Among the mouthwatering cuisine, the giant meatball made by lots of seafood is the most eye-catching.
Freshness is the first priority
Opening this restaurant in 1983, the hospitable owner launched the giant meatball containing lots of seafood as the signature dish. After deep dried, meatball skin made by high-quality tapioca starch and common rice flour is crispy and crunchy. Diners must be surprised by the abundant amount of seafood inside.
One great feature of this cuisine is using mainly Taiwanese local food ingredients. Trying some different ingredients, the owner thinks that fresh oyster is not so matched. Finally, filling including shrimps from Budai port, sliced poultry, picnic shoulder, scallops from Hokkaido, taros from Dajia, mushrooms from Puli, and a braised egg is regarded as the perfect match. Containing numerous seafood, this meatball is as large as a baseball. The quantity is great for sharing and it is extremely luscious when tasting with the specially made sauce.
On top of meatball, the restaurant also provides oyster cuisine. Fresh oysters from local Budai port are seasoned by ginger and green onion. Baked for about 10 minutes, it is really delicious. Grilled Fresh Shrimp is another popular cuisine. One by one fresh shrimp was strung together, adding some onion, spicy pepper, green onion, and ginger, then grilled with sea salt. No extra flavoring, the freshness is actually great.
