And now, the restaurant has passed down to the third generation to Bo-Xuan Chen, which was established by his grandfather, Liang-Qi Chen, and originally calleda�?Peng Lai Si Tanga�? .
After inheriting the restaurant, Bo Xuan not only made full use of his abilities on managing and marketing from his previous work experience in an airline company but also renovated the old style interior design into a restaurant with an elegant sense of atmosphere. As a foodie, he also dedicates himself to study cooking in order to have a thorough understanding of it.
According to Bo Xuana��s cooking experience, he says every dish is art that you cannot cook it absentmindedly. You must cook it with enthusiasm and make it with soul. Most importantly, flavor of the dish is way more significant than its superficial decorations. In his kitchen, you can see various traditional seasonings, which are just like his color palette for him to create an exact and unique taste of every dish itself.
