The brewing process of Yong-Faas soy sauces starts off by choosing the best pure black soy beans. Then it is steamed, boiled, and fermented for three to five days. Each of these procedures is all done in a separate room. After that, salt is added and it is sealed up in clay jars under the sun for six months.
